PRESS RELEASE
As First Polls Close, New Dems Are Poised to Deliver the Majority
Washington, D.C. — As the first polls in the country close in Indiana and Kentucky, NewDem Action Fund (NDAF) Chair Greg Stanton (AZ-04) released the following statement:
“The New Dems have laid the groundwork to win a governing majority in the House of Representatives. Over the last two years, we recruited 50 of the strongest candidates in the country, stood behind 22 Frontliners holding the toughest seats in America, and raised more than $14 million to make sure they had the resources they needed to win. Republicans redrew maps and threw everything they had at our candidates. Tonight, voters get the last word.”
