DCCC Names NDAF Candidates Jake Johnson, Lindsay James, Pia Dandiya to the Red to Blue Program

Washington, DC — Today, New Democrat Coalition Action Fund (NDAF) Chair Greg Stanton (AZ-04) released a statement on the latest additions to the DCCC’s highly competitive Red to Blue Program.

NDAF endorsed candidates Pia Dandiya (FL-22), Lindsay James (IA-02), and Jake Johnson (MN-01) were all named to the Red to Blue program ahead of the 2026 midterms, giving them a boost of organizational and fundraising support as they fight to flip key seats in November.

With this latest slate of Red to Blue announcements, NDAF-endorsed candidates now make up 26 of the 30 members of the program.

“Pia Dandiya, Lindsay James, and Jake Johnson are a testament to the strength of our New Dem candidates this cycle. They’re running on the edges of the battlefield, fighting to flip seats that are only in play because they stepped up to serve their neighbors and deliver for their communities,” said NDAF Chair Greg Stanton (AZ-04). “New Dems make up the majority of the Red to Blue list for a reason: because we make the majority. Voters are fed up with rubber stamp Republicans who vote to raise their costs, and this extraordinary group of men and women are ready to flip these seats, win the majority, and finally drive down the cost of living.”
